There primary responsibilities are along the lines of better understanding the business expansion procedures. They are to deal with setting up targets for the organization in a small scale and sticking to them until they are achieved.

    Junior business analysts are also expected to take up and learn business analyzing techniques from the seniors. They are also expected to submit reports on time and have a proper technical knowhow of the proceedings of the business.

    Among the things which organizations look for in junior business analyst the most important is good communication skills. They are expected to motivate and lead the organization to its goals. They are also expected to have on spot analytical and reasoning skills that come in handy when dealing with daily problems in the work space.
