TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Chambers & Partners USA Guide, an annual listing of the leading business lawyers and law firms in the world published in the U.K., lists 136 Greenberg Traurig, LLP attorneys in its 2008 edition. The number of Greenberg Traurig attorneys listed in this edition increased by more than 20 percent from the previous year.Tampa shareholder Peter W. Zinober, a member of the firm's labor and employment practice, was among the three Greenberg Traurig attorneys recognized as "Star performers." The ranking, the highest awarded by Chambers and given only to attorneys with exceptional recommendations in their field according to the publication, was also given to Florida shareholders Gary M. Epstein, chair of the firm's corporate and securities practice, and Patricia Menendez-Cambo, chair of the firm's Global practice.
In addition to Zinober, the following Tampa attorneys, were individually recognized by the publication: David B. Weinstein, managing shareholder of the Tampa office and a member of the firm's environmental and litigation practices; Robert A. Soriano, a shareholder in the firm's business reorganization and bankruptcy practice, and Richard C. McCrea, Jr. and Scott T. Silverman, shareholders in the firm's labor and employment practice. The office has grown by 18 lawyers since its founding in August of 2006.
