20 minutes ago NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stock index futures hit a session high on Thursday after weekly jobless claims showed a decline in the number of people seeking initial unemployment benefits.S&P 500 futures were up 4.4 points, above fair value, a mathematical formula that evaluates pricing by taking into account interest rates, dividends and time to expiration on the contract.
Dow Jones industrial average futures rose 32 points, and Nasdaq 100 futures were up 0.25 point.
