WASHINGTON (AP) -- DRS Technologies Inc., which makes electronics, communications systems and other technology for the military, spent more than $1 million in the second quarter lobbying the federal government, according to a recent disclosure form.The Parsippany, N.J.-based defense contractor lobbied lawmakers on the defense spending bill, as well as all issues related to procurement and research and development, according to the form filed July 21 with the Senate's clerk office.
